Houston TechSys was founded to serve the specific needs of small and mid-sized businesses across the Houston metro. We built our practice around managed IT services and business communications infrastructure — the two areas where Houston SMBs consistently struggled to find reliable, local expertise.
Our 3CX practice grew organically. We started deploying 3CX for our managed IT clients because it was the best business phone platform available for the price — and it integrated cleanly with the Microsoft infrastructure we were already managing. Over time, 3CX deployments became a standalone offering for businesses across the Houston area, regardless of whether we were their primary IT provider.
Today, Houston TechSys manages 3CX installations for businesses from 5 to 200+ seats across healthcare, legal, real estate, construction, and professional services. Our engineers hold active 3CX certifications and deploy both hosted and self-hosted configurations.

Fixed Pricing, No Surprises
Every project is scoped and quoted at a fixed price before work begins. We do not bill hourly for installation projects. If we underestimated scope, that is our problem — not yours.
Local Engineers, Not Dispatched Contractors
Every engineer on a Houston TechSys project works for Houston TechSys. We do not subcontract to national firms who send someone unfamiliar with your setup.
We Document Everything
At project completion, you receive a full system diagram, extension list, IVR tree, and credentials package. You are never dependent on us for basic information about your own system.
We Use What We Deploy
Houston TechSys runs 3CX internally. Our ConnectWise integration, our remote worker setup, our call recording — all on 3CX. We know what works because we live in it daily.
